At LA FLOR by JT we're focused on three things: moments, beauty and simplicity. Our mission is to create lasting memories through beautiful experiences that make you stop and smell the flowers in an ever-fleeting world. Our approach is grounded on being kind, simple and helpful; for our clients, our suppliers and the earth.

With years of experience in event management, we understand what it's like to work with vendors, and seek to make it as simple as possible to achieve your goals and dreams, together.

We also take an eco-conscious and kind approach to unique floral designs to ensure we honour our natural world. This means we prefer to use locally grown, seasonal materials and sustainable mechanics to do our best by mother nature. We're here to help you understand floral design and guide you through the process of creating magic.

Hello, I'm Jhess (jess with a silent h)

Nature lover, colour enthusiast, design admirer.

I'm an ex-corporate event manager turned florist, with events being one of my biggest passions - I love every aspect of it from dreaming up fun and memorable moments to the pressure and satisfaction of problem solving last minute issues.

I have 8+ years experience in designing tangible, memorable moments that create lasting memories and impactful experiences - whether that's at an intimate, personal life event or at a business marketing event.

I seek to listen to my clients and really understand their needs and requirements so I can add as much value as possible using both my event management and floristry experience. I'm a creative problem solver who is calm under pressure and ready to help you with your goals, dreams and business objectives.

My mission is to live intentionally and design with you, the earth and our suppliers at the core of all creative decisions.
